Questions about this
How do I get the QR code to scan well?
Print it larger (at least 4 × 4 cm, about 1.6 × 1.6 inches), on matte paper and in good light. Test it beforehand with your phone camera. Alternatively, share the link: Share the link.
When can guests upload photos?
Uploading opens at midnight on the day of the party and stays open for 48 hours. Before that, the page shows a countdown. Check the date in the event settings.
A guest sees “This event has reached its guest limit.”
Your plan is full. Remove guests who have only been browsing in the guest list or upgrade your plan.
Where is a photo I just shared?
When Photo Moderation is on, it waits for your approval. On a weak connection, it keeps uploading in the background as soon as the phone is back online. When the gallery is set to “Own only,” guests see only their own photos.
How does a guest start the camera?
The browser needs permission for the camera – usually a prompt appears at the top. Alternatively, the guest picks photos from their phone’s gallery with the upload icon.
Where is the email with the sign-in code?
Check your spam folder, double-check the address, and tap Resend code. The code stays valid for 10 minutes.
Where do I find my event on the dashboard?
Sign in with the email address you used to book or pay.
How does the ZIP download work for large galleries?
Use a laptop with a stable connection for the best results. You download large galleries in parts: Download all photos.
