How long are photos stored?
Depending on the plan, your gallery stays online for 3, 6, or 12 months – extending takes one click.
For hosts
How it works
The storage period begins on the day of your event: Free 90 days, Pro 6 months, Premium and Custom 12 months.
Starting 30 days before the end, your gallery shows the note “Your download window ends soon” with the button Extend storage. We also remind you by email.
A tap on Extend storage leads to the payment: Pro +3 months for €11.99, Premium +6 months for €17.99, Custom +12 months for €49.99.
